A biotech consulting firm adjacent to the Merck campus in Darmstadt. Their site had strong offline reputation but almost no organic presence. Service pages were generic and matched none of the queries their target audience actually used. We rebuilt the content architecture around how pharmaceutical and biotech procurement researchers search, fixed the technical problems that were limiting indexation, and aligned every page with the correct intent stage. Organic enquiries grew 189% over six months.
A design and architecture studio with a strong portfolio but limited search visibility outside the Darmstadt area. We audited their full digital presence, optimized their Google Business Profile for relevant search categories, built local landing pages for the Rhein-Main region, and restructured their portfolio pages around the queries potential clients use when looking for architects and interior designers. Enquiries from organic search more than doubled.
A B2B industrial tools supplier stuck on page 3 or lower for all 23 of their commercial target queries. Their site had significant technical issues: duplicate category pages, redirect chains losing link equity, and product descriptions that were identical to manufacturer specs. We fixed the technical layer, wrote intent-aligned descriptions for every product category, and built editorial backlinks from German industrial trade publications. All 23 targets reached page one within four months.
